Still aloooneee.....

Well I guess I am still the only one doing this.  But alas I will forge on.

I am trying to eat more frozen meals (organic only!) like Hebah said.  Kashi makes this spicy black bean burrito meal I really like (and with 8 g fiber and only 250 calories it is filling and low cal!)  It is helping some.  I think I need to move more I think the more you weigh the slower your metabolism gets.

Actually my biggest problem is dinner time.  There is something about being tired where I just want to eat and chew on something constantly until I go to bed.

Suggestions ladies?

  1. ummm i also have this chewing problem. Solution? popcorn. for realz. also - gum. I chew gum at night. :))))
